İnterior design
Our interior design service consists of 3 stages and is as follows:
Stage 1: Consept and Visualization
- Submission of "Customer request" as an assignment for consultation, design project;
- Planning solution with placement of furniture and equipment;
- Discussions, amendments in the planning decision;
- Agreement with the Customer on the concept of the future interior, including planning and finishing options.
- Visualization – creation of sketches in AutoCad and 3DMAX program Discussion, corrections;
- Coordination of sketches with the Customer.
Stage 2: Projects
- Preparing a set of drawings as part of a design project:
- Metering plan with reference to existing utilities;
- Plan for dismantling partitions and utility lines;
- Installation plan of partitions and structures with signs of door and window openings;
- Furniture and equipment placement plan;
- Plumbing plan with references and indication of plumbing fixtures;
- Floor plan showing types of floor coverings;
- The ceiling plan showing the types of materials used, the placement of cornices;
- Plan of placement of lighting devices;
- Plan connecting the switches showing the insertion of groups of lamps;
- Arrangement of electrical sockets;
- Layout plan for underfloor heating with connection of thermostats;
- Door opening direction and specifications;
- Interior decoration scheme;
- Designs and layouts on all walls of all rooms;
- Sections of necessary components;
- Discussion, corrections, agreement of drawings with the customer.
Stage 3: Tables as Composition of Projects
- Tables describing the contents of the room (all components of the design project in the form of ready-made commercial offers from suppliers or in the form of tables with links)
- This is an important stage as the materials cover all the features and the project content in the form of ready-made commercial proposals, relations with the manager and quantities and articles for all the final components of the project.
